These terms apply to your use of ebooksofgrowth.com and to any ebook you buy from it. The site and its books are run by Idiris Muumin under the name Ebooks of Growth (“we”, “us”). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
Each ebook is a digital PDF file. We do not ship anything physical. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
Delivery
Right after your payment goes through, you are taken to a private download page for your book, and we also email you a copy. Your download page works for 30 days and allows up to 10 downloads, so please save the file to your device. If your email does not arrive or your download does not work, contact support@ebooksofgrowth.com and we will send the book again.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe acts as the merchant of record for your purchase, which means it handles the payment, any sales tax or VAT, and your receipt. We never see or store your full card details.
Your license
When you buy an ebook, you get a personal license to read it on your own devices. You may not share, copy, resell, upload, or distribute the file or any part of it, except for short quotes in a review or discussion with credit to the book. All content in our ebooks and on this site belongs to us and is protected by copyright.
Educational purpose only
Our books are for education and general information. They are not financial, legal, career, medical, or professional advice. Any decisions you make based on what you read are your own responsibility.
No endorsement
The people and companies discussed in our books are not affiliated with us and have not endorsed our books or this site. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep every story accurate and list our sources in each book. Even so, books can contain errors, and some details in historical accounts are disputed. If you find a mistake, please email us and we will review it.
Refunds

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or our books is limited to the amount you paid for the book in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Purchases are governed by the terms in place at the time you bought.
